Question 1

What stacks do you take over?

Accepted Answer

Most often Laravel / PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, React, and Shopify-connected systems. Angular frontends and mixed codebases are in scope when the problem is the system, not a single framework slogan.

Question 2

Do you always recommend starting over?

Accepted Answer

No. We first assess whether fixing and incrementally improving the existing system is faster and safer than a rewrite.

Question 3

Can you work with code that has no documentation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most rescue projects arrive with incomplete or missing documentation. We reverse-engineer the system by running it, reading the code, tracing database queries, and mapping the critical paths. The rescue report includes documentation of what we found.

Question 4

What if the previous developer is unreachable?

Accepted Answer

We work with what you have: the codebase, database dumps, environment notes, or hosted staging instances. A handoff from the previous developer is helpful but not required.
