Question 1

Can you work with an API we already have?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A large part of this work is making an existing API reliable, documented, and safe to call — or wrapping a brittle third-party API so your application does not absorb every vendor quirk.

Question 2

Is this only Shopify?

Accepted Answer

No. Shopify is a common case. The same engineering applies to payments, internal ERPs, logistics APIs and custom partner feeds.

Question 3

How do you handle webhook failures and retries?

Accepted Answer

Webhooks validate signatures, process idempotently using unique event IDs, and queue jobs for async handling. Failed jobs retry with exponential backoff. Dead-letter queues capture events that fail permanently so staff can replay them manually.

Question 4

Do you build public APIs or only internal integrations?

Accepted Answer

Both. We design and implement public REST APIs with versioning, authentication, rate limiting, and documentation. We also build internal service-to-service APIs and third-party integrations depending on what the product needs.
